We have been asked to find a special and unique individual for the role of Regstered Manager for a brand new childrens home in Oxford that we will also be supporting on an ongoing basis.

This role would suit an experienced manager looking for a new challenge and to shape a brand new service, or a deputy manager looking to take the next step in their career.

You will need to be dynamic, committed, innovative and dedicated to making sure hat the children living in the home are safe, well cared for and loved.

You need to have a good working knowledge of the regulations and guidance associated with childrens homes and be able to lead a team to strive towards outstanding levels of care.

There is a top rate training package and a very competative salary and bonus structure.
