15+ years of experience working with children in and on the edge of care, managing complex cases, high profile CSE cases and crisis management around emergency placements by the local authority. 

Nearly a quarter of a century experience in children's social care. A social worker and qualified therapist, Clinton has also been Registered Manager of an Ofsted Registered Children's Home.

Melinda is one of the most senior pharmacists in England working within the NHS and has extensive experience in designing and delivering medication training for Health England.

20 years of working in Childrens Services, Youth Offending and Children's Homes. Fred's specialism is around exploitation and substance misuse along with gang affected children.

30 years of delivering training to children's services and providers for some of the largest training companies. Jamie can provide a wide variety of face to face training events and workshops

As well as being our office manager and keeping things ticking over, Lauren can help and advise with your administration and finance systems for use within your home and assist with HR questions.
