Training & Development

We have lived and breathed Children's Residential Services and Children's Homes for decades and know the value of knowledge and training in making sure that your children are afforded the highest standards of care. A skilled and knowledgable staff team is a good staff team and more importantly a safe staff team.

We have a range of bespoke training events and workshops to support your staff and managers to deliver results and reach their potential. All our training is delivered by experienced and knowledgable people who have done the job and can make the training "make sense" by linking it directly to working in children's homes

We regularly develop new training courses and are able to respond to the specific needs of our clients. If you don't see what you are looking for below, please get in touch and tell us what you need.
